Track your order
Every order gets a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link the moment it's on its way. That link is the fastest way to see where your parcel is.
Track in the Shop app
Shop is Shopify's own delivery tracker, and it's switched on for every order we send. It gives you live status updates, delivery notifications, and map tracking on the day — without digging out an email.
- Install Shop from the App Store or Google Play.
- Sign in with the same email address you used at checkout.
- Your Aurelly orders appear automatically — there's nothing to enter by hand.
You can also tap Track with Shop from the order status page linked in your confirmation email, without installing anything.
Can't find your tracking?
- No email yet? Orders are processed within 48 hours. Tracking arrives when the parcel ships, not when you order.
- Check your spam folder — shipping notifications land there more often than they should.
- Tracking not moving? Carriers sometimes scan a parcel late. Give it one working day before worrying.
Still stuck? Message us with your order number and we'll chase the carrier ourselves. We answer within one working day.
