Processing time
Orders are processed within 48 hours of payment clearing. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way — see Track your order.
United States & Canada

Standard shipping is free to the countries below, with no minimum order. Express is $10.00, or free on orders of $30 or more.
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom.
Everywhere else
If your country isn't listed above and checkout accepts your address, shipping is free. Delivery windows outside our main zones are wider and we can't always promise tracking the whole way.
Duties and taxes
Where import duties or taxes apply, they're the responsibility of the recipient unless they were collected at checkout. Your total at checkout shows exactly what we're charging you — anything your customs authority adds is separate and outside our control.
Wrong address?
Tell us straight away. If the order hasn't shipped we can correct it. Once it's with the carrier we can't redirect it, but we'll help you chase it.
Lost or delayed parcels
Carriers occasionally scan a parcel late, so give tracking one working day to catch up. If it's genuinely stuck or hasn't arrived, message us with your order number. We chase the carrier ourselves rather than sending you to do it.
