Using the multi-balm

What areas can I use it on?

Anywhere skin feels dry or looks tired — most people use it beneath the eyes, across the cheekbones, around the lips, and on small dry patches. It's designed for multi-area use in one stick.

How often should I apply it?

Morning and night as part of your routine, and any time in between when skin needs a refresh. It's gentle enough for daily use.

Can it be worn under makeup?

Yes. Apply a thin layer, give it a minute to settle, then apply makeup as usual. It leaves a soft, dewy finish rather than a greasy film.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

Every skin is different, so we don't claim it suits everyone. If your skin is sensitive or reactive, apply a small amount to your inner forearm first and wait 24 hours. If any redness or irritation appears, don't use it on your face.

What is the full ingredient list?

We publish the complete ingredient list on the product page as confirmed by our supplier's official documentation. If you have a known allergy and want to double-check anything, message us before ordering.

How long does shipping take?

How can I track my order?

What is the return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery. Unopened items can be returned for any reason; anything that arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described is always covered, opened or not. Full details on the Return Policy page.
